a Word doc from Office 2000

I repeated the experiment and got

<div class=Section1>
<p class=MsoNormal>Hello World</p>
</div>

The reviewer could do with a couple of lessons from Framers about clean
documents - though, admittely, there's no obvious way of cleaning the
junk out from Word files.
