The problem I've described, plus a number of others reported by Shlomo Perets,
would seem to warrant a downloadable fix well in advance of Acrobat 5, which
is likely to be a year or more away. I don't think we should have to pay an
upgrade price to fix a problem that's been there since Acrobat 2.

It's not clear from the above whether the bug exists on all platforms,
or just Windows platforms. Is the problem on Windows platforms
being produced by the combination of AdobePS 4.1.3
AND Distiller 4.05, or is a fix required to Distiller alone?
