Framemaker english UM to other languages

I have a need to translate a 140 page book into chinese, spanish and a few
other languages.  This is a quick turn around job.  It will involve
translating the framemaker text and retaking the screen captures in the
approriate language versions of the software.  I have a list of people that
do web sites but wanted to open this up because it is book related.
