I normally don't comment on business and pricing issues BUT ...

The information provided below by Anada Stevens is somewhat misleading.
Per <http://www.adobe.com/store/products/indesign.html>, you will find 
that the standard promotional price of the InDesign 1.5 upgrade is $29.95
(plus tax) until May 31, 2000. The upgrade is free for some recent 
"full price" purchasers per <http://www.adobe.com/store/id15cservice.html>.

Only AFTER May 31, 2000 is the upgrade "about $90" as indicated below!
