Crashing FrameMaker when Saving to Postscript

FrameMaker 5.5.6; OS NT4 and Win98

I am finding that FrameMaker crashes when printing generated lists (TOCs and 
indexes) to Postscript if:

1. THE CREATE HYPERTEXT LINKS CHECKBOX IS SELECTED WHEN I GENERATE THE LIST, and
2. THE GENERATE ACROBAT DATA CHECKBOX IS SELECTED WHEN PRINTING TO FILE.
 
This does not occur if I do the same thing from Framemaker+SGML 5.5

Has anyone else had the problem and know of a workaround?
