I graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 1999 with a BA in English/History. During 1998-99 I was Editor-in-Chief of 'The Muse', Atlantic Canada's largest student newspaper (www.mun.ca/muse). Discovering the dismal outlook for employment in the fields of English and Journalism, I received a Diploma in Applied Information Technology from the Information Technology Institute in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I am currently employed as a Technical Writer with Vector Aerospace, an International Aerospace firm specializing in aviation repair and overhaul. I'm a big fan of hockey and football (Detroit Red Wings and Dallas Cowboys), and enjoy a good episode of Quantum Leap. My latest working theory is that the new Star Trek series 'Enterprise' is actually nothing more of a continuation of the original Quantum Leap, and that Captain Jonathan Archer is in fact Sam Beckett, who has leaped to the 22nd century to lead humanity's first exploration into deep space. This is just a theory...of course.
