Alex: Do you mean the Acrobat bookmarks? If so, they are found on the Print window, under the button Acrobat Setup. In the Acrobat Setup window, you would move paragraph tags from the "Don't Include" panel to the "Include" panel, and then set the bookmark levels, such as Level1, Level2, Level3, etc., just like you would do when setting up a generated table of contents.
