RE: Creating an Index for a Book of Books




You will have to create a master book file for all lebenty zillion chapters.
But, instead of laboriously adding each file to the new book, try this.
Create a new book file and save to MIF.  Save all 15 book files each to MIF.
Open the files in a text editor and copy and paste the component definitions
to the new book's MIF file.  Open and save in native format.  Set the page
and para numbering attributes.
