Translators who work with Frame documents

Hello Framers,

Can anyone recommend a translation house who is happy to accept an English
FrameMaker document, translate it and return the translation as a FrameMaker
document (preferably with index markers in place). (I am particularly in
need of translators for French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Danish,
Swedish, Finnish and South American Portuguese.)
