?? Signature pagination when printing from FM 556

Greetings,

I think I know the answer but....

I am going to be doing a lot of 11x17 duplex printing of "booklets"
(each sheet consists of four 8.5x11 numbered pages). Printing the
correct logical page to the correct position on the correct sheet of
paper is called imposition.

Last I checked, this spring, nobody had any direct way to print such
from FM 556. The suggestions I heard included:

ClickBook: if I remember correctly, acts as a virtual printer
driver, BUT the demo I tested could not print EPS images.
Anybody know if this has been fixed/improved and/or if the
     product is worth another look?

Quite Imposing: Last I heard, only imposes PDF, thus requires that
the FM file be printed to PS, Distilled, etc. Not necessarily
a big deal -- EXCEPT I have had a lot of problems with certain
*modified* postscript fonts when they hit Acrobat (looks fine in FM
and prints fine from FM, but when Distilled, looks and prints like
a
post-nuclear font). Thus I would like to avoid this step if I
don't
have other reasons to be using PDF/Acrobat.

PSUTILS: I believe that this is a unix utility set that can
impose postscript files. I am running Linux on our server and will
only have a SCO UnixWare box running for a few more months. -- does
anybody know if a Linux version is available and/or have experience
     with it?

  Other options????

Note: Our normal *production* workflow includes using PS files and
sending them direct to the printers from the network. (I.E. once the
publication is final, we print to a PS file and then throw that PS file
at a printer as many times as necessary.)
