I just did a quick check and found the following:
amazon.com has the book at $24.99 and will ship when they have it.
Banes&Noble (bn.com) sells it for $19.99 and states it will be available October 23.
("FrameMaker 5.5.6 for Dummies" is by our own Sarah O'Keefe.)
I'll call a few local bookstores soon to see if they have it and what they tell me.
