Senior Technical Writer

Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and edit installation, maintenance, operation, configuration,
and network management customer documentation for multiservice WAN and
ATM products that integrate voice, data, and video traffic with ATM, frame relay,
IP, and ISDN capabilities. Deliver reference and descriptive information,
procedures, and online help for distribution via hardcopy plus PDF and HTML on
both CD-ROM and worldwide web.

Qualifications:
Requires five to eight years of technical writing experience, preferably with
data communications and telecommunications products, including wide- and
local-area network technologies and network-management software; B.A.
or B.S. in technical writing, English, journalism, data communications, or tele-
communications; excellent writing skills and attention to detail; and effective
interpersonal skills. Pluses include UNIX knowledge, FrameMaker expertise,
HTML/XML familiarity, and usability testing.

Compensation:
Market rate plus stock, bonus, and 401(k)
