Converting Table Footnotes to Page Footnotes

Hello Framers,

By default, Frame places table footnotes at the foot of the table, not at
the foot of the page. Is there some way to override this default, so getting
Frame to use the standard set of footnote markers and place the footnotes at
the bottom of the page?
