Conditional Text - Chapter From Hell

I have a book where I want to remove certain items that are in the Print Version from the HTML version and felt Conditonal Tags would be perfect. However, I seem to be running into a snag - perhaps I'm not using the feature properly. I've set up 2 tags PDF and HTML.

Any ideas? I'd REALLY like to put this chapter to bed for once and for all! I'
