It's been suggested that I apply a paragraph format to the SubjectIX, TitleIX, and AuthorIX paragraphs on the reference page. When I tried that, it changed ONLY the page number format, with no effect on the index entry text format. (I did re-save and re-generate the index). The index entry text seems to inherit format from Level#ix. Is it just me, or is this starting to sound like a mis-feature? Thanks, Ananda Banttari Tech. Pubs.
