Convert from Pagemaker to Framemaker?

I have a client who is using Pagemaker 6.5/Windows 95. We are using
Framemaker 5.5.6/NT (we don't have Pagemaker and won't be getting it). Our
goal is to take all of the text, graphics, and tables from Pagemaker and put
it into Framemaker. Formatting is not a concern at this point (we will be
reformatting the entire book in Framemaker). Can anyone give me specific
details for the process to go through in order to transfer this information?

It doesn't appear that she has an option to SAVE AS RTF.
It doesn't appear that we can IMPORT the file into Framemaker.
It doesn't appear that we can OPEN the file with Framemaker.

I desperately need help on this one. The entire company is migrating to NT
(she hasn't yet) and Pagemaker is not on the list of programs that our
company will be keeping (She is going to be 1 hurting unit! ALL her work is
in Pagemaker).
