Changing Master Page Usage from Left/Right to Right

I have a manual I originally set up using Left/Right Master pages.  New 
Chapters began on right-hand pages, therefore when a chapter had an odd number 
of pages, an even-numbered page would be inserted automatically at the end of a 
chapter.

PROBLEM:  I need to change this to use Right hand pages only.  I have all the 
pages looking right now, but when I save a chapter with an odd number of pages, 
an even-numbered page is added at the end still.

I would just go and delete this page from the PDF file, but it's affecting my 
TOC.

What is the right way for me to accomplish this?  I must be missing something.
