If you're running FrameMaker on a UNIX box, there are a couple of tricks you can pull to (more or less) automatically move (or copy) the backup files to a different directory, but it is completely outside of FrameMaker, using tools like CRON and/or shell scripts. - Lester ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Lester C.
