I was NOT going to jump in on this thread, since it's so obviously not a
Frame issue, and I apologize in advance for changing my mind.

But I have to say I resent it when people label as "PC" things that are
truly offensive and wrong. I am very much offended at the insulting
terminology used to describe women, and have been for years.

Fortunately, age has allowed me enough perspective to realize that when
someone describes a woman as a 'doll,' it says much more about the speaker's
intellect than the woman in question.

So, best to let go of this issue, I think, now that there have been two
anti-slang and two pro-slang posts. All points of view and movie trivia
well-covered? I think so.
