The code is:

<esc> s m

You might also need to change the pulldown to CrossRefs. Simply <shift>
<tab>, then <Spacebar> and <down cursor> till you get to Crossrefs.
<Spacebar> then selects and <tab> takes you to the entry box so that you
can edit the guts of the cross ref.
