Key map on Windows

Hi,

On UNIX FrameMaker (5.5.1 thru to 5.5.6) one can 
fairly easily access the framemaker keyboard maps by going 
Help -> Shortcuts -> Key map. I was expecting to find
the same on the Windows version, but the list of options
under Help -> Shortcuts is missing "Key map", (also versions
5.5.1 thru to 5.5.6). 

This information is also available under 
Online Manuals -> FrameMaker character sets, but is not as
nicely presented for online use as the "key map" layout...

Anyone knows whether the key map exists for windows ?
