There is one other, much easier way to create a watermark: but only if you
are printing to hard copy or PS/PDF on Win95 or Macintosh.

Using the newest Adobe PS driver, you can select a watermark option and edit
the text, size, colour and position of the watermark.

I use this feature for creating PDFs for those whose approval I need, and
also for printing out drafts so no one gets confused.
