FrameMaker+SGML to HTML Tool

Other than FrameMaker+SGML's Save As HTML feature, are there any other
tools available to convert FrameMaker+SGML structured documents to HTML? I
have found the FrameMaker+SGML Save As HTML feature severely limiting and
containing a few bugs that required quite a bit of manual post-generation
cleanup. I am looking for a conversion tool that can run on Windows NT and
handle FrameMaker+SGML 5.5.3 structured files. It must also be able to
handle macros on child SGML elements (those elements contained within
higher-level elements); FrameMaker+SGML cannot handle this, so experience
has shown and Adobe support has confirmed.
