Susan, Use "Table > Add Rows or Columns" to bring up the dialog, then add 1 row to Header. Cell by cell, carefully select just the text in your heading, copy it, and paste into the new header row. Then delete the old one. This is not elegant, but it's the only way I've found to do this. Like you, I'll be watching the list(s) for more clever solutions!
