Recognition Research Incorporated has an opening for a technical writer/trainer. RRI ( http://www.rrinc.com ) is a fast-growing software development company offering competitive salaries and excellent benefits. We are located in the Blue Ridge mountains of southwest Virginia. As part of a small, growing company, you would have the opportunity to participate in a broad array of projects. The duties for this position can include: * Develop and maintain software documentation * Develop and maintain on-line help * Develop and teach software training courses * Participate in GUI design * Collaborate on proposals * Write product data sheets and related marketing material We are particularly interested in individuals who can both write the documentation and develop/teach training courses. In doing so, you would also have the opportunity to work closely with the developers and system engineers to act as a user advocate in improving product design and functionality.
