It's been available from the start, though IMO it makes it much harder
to contribute to discussions, since they may be over before you read
of them...  Anyhow, when you want to change, send majordomo@omsys.com
a message with a body of:

 subscribe framers-digest

and once you have gone through confirming that:

 unsubscribe framers

You may want to wait until a digest actually arrives before you
unsub from the regular list... just in case.
