ADMIN: Sorry about duplicates...

Yes, the first ADMIN message is an apology.  The message
from Lou Evart, that you've now seen twice, with the
headers at the start, is the result of the approval
process gone wrong.  Rather than subject you all to
more of the same, I've disabled the "administrivia"
check which was "protecting" us from any sub and unsub
messages set to the list by mistake... but it was too
enthusiastic, and the use of the magic words in text,
as Lou used them, was enough to send the hapless message 
to approval hell.  <sigh>

We live and we learn.  ;-)
