Hi, Brian:

If you have full Acrobat, look up Watched Folders in the help. You'll 
see how to use Distiller to create settings and place the settings 
file in a folder that Distiller watches as often as you set it to. 
From FM, then, you'd print to file, using the Adobe PDF printer 
driver and pointing it to the In folder of the Watched folder you set 
up. It will be processed according to your saved settings file. You 
can create as many different settings files as you have requirements 
for.

There's a freeware Windows FM utility called setprint from 
sundorne.com, that you can use to force a particular printer to be 
selected when you start FM, which will remove at least one step from 
the process.
