Thread-topic: Text in WMFs in Frame = unreadable text in Acrobat
Frame 7.1 for Windows, Acrobat Pro 7 ... I got the task to convert a huge Word book to Frame. Being under a time crunch, I left many of the graphics just the way they were when Frame imported them. I've now found out that many of the graphics came in as WMFs. They look fine in Frame, but any text in those graphics looks lousy to unreadable in the PDF -- the letter size went way up, so all of the letters in a word overlap. There's another graphic in the PDF that got truncated -- the top 20% of the graphic is just not there in the PDF, though it looks and acts just fine in the Frame source file. I don't remember having this problem with WMFs the last time I used them (circa 5.5.x - 6.0). Is this a new problem, or has something else gone wonky? thanks, Ananda K.
