FDK: Calling the MasterPages.dll

Hello Framers,

Appendix A of the FDK Programmer's References gives instructions on calling
some of the plugins that ship with FrameMaker. For example, it tells how to
call the TableSort plugin from another plugin.

The Apply Master Pages command is implemented with the masterpages.dll
plugin. Does anyone know the syntax of calling this plugin, or if it is even
possible? If anyone has connections in Adobe with FrameMaker programs, can
you ask around? Thanks in advance.
