Is the document a single file, or a book? If it's a book, leave the first
file in the book open when you print the book (actually, the file 
containing
the page where Acrobat opens the PDF to, which is usually page 1).

If it's a single file, I'm not sure how to proceed, unless you open any
text insets on that page before printing....
