Start by Show All condition tags (not sure this is necessary). In each file: Select the condition tag in the Conditional Text dialog, click Edit Condition Tag and then Delete. This will prompt you to delete all contents with that Condition tag. Finally, import the Condition Tags from your template to recreate them.
