Print to PDF Unix Error FM5.5.6


FM5.5.6 Solaris

I am getting the following error in the log when I do a fmbatch print using a print settings file that specifies printing to a PDF:

..and then the PDF is flushed.

Oddly enough, we can get the book to print without error on Win2K. Usually the PS coming out of Unix FrameMaker is flawless but we want this process scripted from Unix rather than treating this book differently (if possible). Tracking down the problem area results in no conclusive source of the problem.

Any suggestions on how to resolve this. Our "binary" cut and test for PDF is inconclusive as to the source of the problem area. For once it seems the Unix Distiller is more finicky than the Win2K one.
