RE: alternative to MS operating systems

I would be interested in hearing of successful use of ANY of the Linux windows emulators. If you have such experience, please share it with the list.

I have heard of a Linux program called Wine which supposedly emulates
Windows and allows you to run Windows programs under Linux.  I have no
personal experience, so cannot comment as to how well it works.
