I had a similar problem with an Acrobat file generated from FrameMaker 7.0 on a PC. I was able to print pages 1 to 67 of a document. I later realized that I could also print pages 69 to 96 on the same Hewlett-Packard printer. I thought that the issue might have been related to a specific graphic image on the offending page, which could be printed directly from witin FrameMaker. I am looking forward to identifying the source of this problem.
