Thread-Topic: Helvetica needed
Sorry, I should have clipped the quote closer to clarify. Dov says (circa 9/21/2000): "Helvetica still ships in all Adobe PostScript implementations except Distiller." So don't expect to find the font available when you use Distiller if don't have it installed on your system. No mystery. However, if you use another ps printer instance, you will (if it's an Adobe Postscript implementation) suddenly find it available since "Helvetica still ships in all Adobe PostScript implementations except Distiller". We continue to (1) ship Helvetica (and for that matter Times) family fonts with Adobe PostScript 3 implementations and in addition, (2) we continue to license the Helvetica (and Times) font families via Adobe's retail sales to end users. What's the mystery here? - Dov ** To unsubscribe, send a message to majordomo@omsys.com ** ** with "unsubscribe framers" (no quotes) in the body. **
