RE: Find & Replace tool

To replace the paragraph style using Find/Change:
1) Find or create a paragraph with the style you want to paste. 
2) Select Edit>Copy Special>Paragraph Format.
3) In the Find/Change dialog, choose By Pasting in the Change field.
Works great!
