Jay, Assuming that you are able to successfully print your PDF file to your local printers AND that you have embedded all fonts, there should NOT be problem printing the same PDF file to a DocuTech 6100. I haven't heard of such a problem before. Exactly HOW is your "print vendor" actually "printing" your PDF file? Make sure that they are printing from Acrobat 5.0.5 or Acrobat Reader 5.1 to the DocuTech as opposed to directly sending the PDF file to the DocuTech.
