Per the UPDATED article posted on the Adobe User-to-User forums at URL <http://www.adobeforums.com/cgi-bin/webx?50@97.JFADaBV4Cla.2770468@.1de5b459>, Microsoft has now posted the fix for Multiple Master font printing under Windows 2000 for direct download. (Multiple Master font printing for non-Adobe applications other than FrameMaker was busted by other Microsoft updates as discussed in the URL above!)
