Yes, even for those "whiners" who refuse to read the WinHelp copy of
the User's Guide that came with their Mif2Go upgrade to find out... ;-)  
See the first section ("About..."), the para titled "Availability", 
for the answer.  Or if that is tooo difficult <vbg>, just download the 
PDF from:
  http://www.omsys.com/dcl/download/ugpdf31.zip

It's also available as XHTML, HTML Help, FrameMaker, and even Word...
as well as OmniHelp, WinHelp and PDF... all but Word fully hyperlinked.
The User's Guide has more details on the foibles of each format.
