Re: Long, but not OT: The Life of Samuel Johnson

There used to be a utility to convert foot- to end notes, provided by Jesper
Storm Bache. I still have it sitting around somewhere, but it broke after
Frame 512/Win, I think (it's not listed on his web page, at any rate:
www.bache.com).
