Porcbook has evolved

The Procbook EDD has evolved even further (now Version 1.1) to include 
equations, in-line graphics and equations, index markers, revised 
formatting of notes, cautions, and warning, addition of several attributes, 
addition of an attribute-derived document number in the footer, and a 
number of other enhancements.

Those who would like the latest file package for the latest version can 
request it by email.
