The version of ATM Lite that came with FrameMaker 6.0 is ATM Lite 4.1. It is no problem for Windows 2000 or XP. (It is a major problem for Windows'9x/Me. Those users should uninstall it and use the later version, also labelled 4.1 but really 4.1.1, downloadable from Adobe's web site.) - Dov At 8/1/2002 01:46 AM, Links, Diederik wrote: >Dov, > > >First, thanks for all help related to Frame installation. >Second, in your mail regarding to installation on w2k and XP systems you >wrote: > >>Under NO condition should you ever install >>any version of ATM 4.0 (or earlier) on Windows 2000 or XP, unless you like >>totally reinstalling Windows! > >In my innocence I installed the ATM version of the Frame 6 CD on my w2k. >(I recently installed DeLuxe.) >What happens exactly if you install ATM 4 on w2k or XP? > > >Thanks, > >Diederik Links ** To unsubscribe, send a message to majordomo@omsys.com ** ** with "unsubscribe framers" (no quotes) in the body. **
