Text Structure Consulting, Inc. and Tassos Anastasiou have developed a plug-in for applying master pages that is very similar to the FM 7.0 capability for structured documents. It allows selection of master pages by element and context label for all types of elements: tables, graphics, footnotes, etc., as well as the containers supported by FM 7.0. It also allows master pages to be specified for the last page of an element. The plug-in is currently available in FM+SGML 6.0 either through a menu or on SGML import. FM 7.0 versions of the menu command and for XML and SGML import will be available shortly. Depending on demand, we are considering enhancements such as: - Selecting master pages for structures that fit on a single page - Supporting unstructured documents by allowing master pages to be selected by paragraph tag, table tag, markers of specified types, markers of specified content. Selection by paragraph tag would be available for paragraphs within tables and footnotes. Pricing has yet to be determined. Please contact us at info@txstruct.com or at (510) 583-1505 if you would like more information and to give us feedback on your enhancement requirements. --Lynne At 03:55 PM 7/16/02 -0500, Michael Conner wrote: >One of the few reasons I bothered getting FM 7 (Mac) was the new feature for >applying master pages based on the presence of a particular paragraph tag.
