RE: Conditional or variable tags?

Got +SGML? Otherwise I don't think you can do it. 

Do you really have two sequential subheads with no text between them? My
tech writing instructor would disapprove.

Is there any such thing in Frame as conditional or variable paragraph tags?,
so that one could specify something like:
- if subhead5 appears below a paraTag 'Body' then space above = x
- if subhead5 appears below a paraTag 'subhead4' then space above = y
