Dan, As long as you're using the English version of FM 7.0, all you have to do is open the FM+SGML 6.0 EDD in FM 7.0 and import its element definitions into a document. FM 7.0 will make the necessary changes. I understand that attempting this procedures from the French version of FM 7.0 results in an EDD that is a hybrid of English and French and not valid. In any case, if you don't want to use the automated procedure, simply import element definitions and formats from an FM 7.0 EDD into the FM+SGML 6.0 EDD, validate the document, and fix any validation errors. The only difference I can think of is that SGMLApplication becomes StructuredApplication. If you take this manual approach, make sure you import the element definitions used by the FM 7.0 EDD rather than those defined in the FM 7.0 EDD. --Lynne Lynne A.
