RE: PDF creation

Not sure if the same for Mac, but on a PC, view your printers (not print
setup in FM, but your printer manager), select the Distiller printer,
select properties, advanced, and there's an option for Spool print
documents so program finishes printing faster. Enable that option.

Why the printer is setup with this turned off by default is beyond me.
