XML Cookbook in FM 7.0

Hi fellow Framers,

I just upgraded to the International English version of FrameMaker 7.0. The
FM 7.0 brochure states that the package contains the "XML Cookbook", but my
upgrade package (Adobe part no. 27910407) does not seem to include it.

Just to make sure, I called Adobe Direct, where a lady politely explained,
that it is included in PDF-format on CD-ROM, but I'm unable to find it
(neither on the FM-CD, nor on the WWPSE-Training-CD).

Does anybody know for sure, whether the "XML Cookbook" is supposed to be
included in the upgrade package?
