Gabriele, as several other contributors have pointed out, the syntax for the hypertext command to enable an email link in FrameMaker (and that is converted properly in the distilled PDF file) is "message URL mailto:abc@xyz.com" It is important to note that the keyword "URL" _must_ be in uppercase "message url" will not work! And, if you desire, you can also "pre-select" more than just the email address by adding additional fields and values in the command like so: message URL mailto:abc@xyz.com?Subject=Hey%20You?cc=ac@dc.com where each new field is introduced by the question mark character, and the value for that field follows the equal sign. You can't have spaces inside a value but you replace them with %20 (the hexadecimal code for a space). They will be converted back to spaces in the mail message.
