Importing from FoxPro database

I've volunteered for a one-time project for a non-profit 
organization. The book is 80-100 pages with most of the contents 
coming from a FoxPro database (with reports from R&R Report Writer).

I'm looking for any and all tips for importing the data; I'll have 
one week to turn the document around. I currently run Frame 6 on a 
Mac, but I'd upgrade to FM 7 if necessary.
